All New Patients!
We are currently taking new patients. There are two basic requirements we insist upon prior to coming in for an initial appointment.
1. A letter from your therapist. You can find our requirements for a letter HERE
2. Lab work. We will order the lab work you need once we receive your therapist’s letter. We must receive your labs prior to your appointment or the appointment will be moved, so it’s important to get these done in a timely manner.
Pricing and Insurance:
We list all our fees on the website HERE. Some points to keep in mind:
· WE DO NOT ACCEPT NOR PROCESS INSURANCE. We provide a receipt designed to be submitted for out-of-network reimbursement, but that is the extent of our involvement with the insurance process.
·Our initial new patient charge of $495 covers your first appointment, which is two hours long. Appointments for established patients are $225.
·PAYMENT ACCEPTED: We accept Cash and Check without an additional charge. MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards incur a 5% surcharge, American Express incurs a 7% surcharge.
·SLIDING SCALE: We have and do maintain some patients on a sliding scale basis BUT we have no more available slots for this allowance.
